4 | Forest Garden Eco Coffee

Our smooth, low-acidity Oaxacan coffee beans freshly roasted , directly, and sustainably sourced from Indigenous communal forest gardens in Oaxaca, Mexico.  We take pride in buying the ripest and most delicious cherries right from the Indigenous producers and bringing that directly to market in a way that minimizes food miles, roasting emissions, and plastic waste.  Our coffee is sourced in North America from Indigenous forest garden shade coffee plots, and used as a vehicle to help support the regeneration fo the forest garden polyculture of plants in Oaxaca ranging from cacao and vanilla to cinnamon and hierba santa green chilli leaf.
