Returns

Please contact us directly for product return inquiries. Your product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in original condition. Due to the sensitive nature of our chocolate bars, you must return the product within 14 days of your purchase. 

ChocoSol reserves the right to refuse product returns. Any refund will be determined at ChocoSol's discretion and may incur a 25% restocking fee. We will make any refund within forty-five (45) days of our receipt of returned product. 

Cancelling or changing an order

Cancellations must take place before products have been shipped. Once your order has left our store, we cannot accept cancellations.

If products are cancelled from a processed order, a 25% restocking fee may apply for the selected products. Additional products may be added to unfulfilled orders, but additional product and shipping charges will apply.
