Our recipe development team has been hard at work perfecting this bar, and we’re thrilled to introduce its new and improved version, now crafted with even more locally sourced pumpkin seeds. This change enhances the flavour, texture, and nutritional value of the bar, making it an even more delicious and satisfying choice for your customers.

The new Kakai + Cacao 52% chocolate bar replaces just over 10% of the cacao content with Ontario-grown pumpkin seeds that are finely ground directly into the chocolate. This innovative change creates a smooth, creamy mouthfeel while boosting the protein and fibre content of the bar. The naturally rich and nutty flavour of pumpkin seeds perfectly complements the deep, aromatic cacao, resulting in a balanced and nourishing chocolate experience.
