By popular demand, ChocoSol has developed a sweeter version of the classic Chocolatl. This drinking or baking chocolate makes a great base for your choco-barista needs, including classic hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, and milkshakes.
This chocolate can also be used for sweet chocolate baking and creations! Use wherever you want a sweet (but still not too sweet!) dark chocolate.
Ingredients: cacao nibs, raw cane sugar.
Free of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, additives, and preservatives.
Cacao percentage: 60% Weight per bar: 75g
Unit: Each 5KG box contains approximately 66 bars of drinking chocolate. Boxes are packaged by weight, and there may be a slight variation in the number of bars per box.
