Made by running a pure 100% cacao liquor through our stone grinders, this 99% chocolate picks up the slightest hint of flavour to differentiate it from a pure, unsweetened chocolate. It can also be used to make any dark chocolate creation you desire, our famous hot and iced drinking chocolates and much more. This chocolate is perfect if you want a little mystery to your creations or if you prefer to add your own sweetener of choice.

Ingredients: cacao nibs, cacao butter.

Free of gluten, dairy, nuts, soy, additives, and preservatives. May contain traces of coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, vanilla pod, sea salt, chili blend, cinnamon, white cacao.
