Based on our best-selling Vanilla Sea Salt chocolate bar, this chocolate combines the aroma of vanilla pod with organic raw cane sugar to create a beautifully sweet drink that can be enjoyed hot or cold.

This versatile chocolate can also be used as a premium baking chocolate, ganache, fondant etc. Catering to the needs of bakers, chefs, and restaurants alike, this 65% chocolate provides a light and sweet flavour profile. Trust us, whole vanilla and sea salt create a delectable combination!  Note that there is no added sprinkle of sea salt on the back of this bar, like the classic wrapped Rustico eating chocolate version of our Vanilla Sea Salt.
