This spicy chocolate honours the sacred and traditional fusion of chilies and cacao. We grind achiote to add depth of flavour and to give this chocolate its unique crimson colour. Use it for a warming hot drinking chocolate or to add a kick to your chocolate recipes. Tip: This chocolate can be used for both sweet and savoury cooking. Try adding it to mole!
